Miley Cyrus dropped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon! last night (September 10), where she performed her recent single “Midnight Sky” and covered Hall & Oates’ 1982 hit “Maneater.” Newly single Miley devoted the latter to her “future ex-husband” during her chat with Fallon, as well as discussing her letter exchange with Stevie Nicks about a sample and her relationship with godmother Dolly Parton. Check it out below.

Miley released “Midnight Sky” last month along with a self-directed music video, before performing the single at the 2020 MTV VMAs. Earlier this month she shared a cover of Billie Eilish’s “my future.”

Last year, Miley released the EP She Is Coming and teamed up with Ariana Grande and Lana Del Rey for the Charlie’s Angels reboot track “Don’t Call Me Angel.”
