If the Beatles re-recorded all their songs like John Lennon wanted to do, how well do you think they would have turned out? I sure wish they had.

John Lennon was kind of never happy with any of the songs that the Beatles produced after he met Yoko. He blamed George Martin. Sometimes he blamed Paul McCartney for experimenting on John’s tracks. I don’t believe he ever complained that the problem was their playing. I don’t recall Paul McCartney, George Harrison or Ringo Starr complaining about the music.

Why do the best rock bands come from England? The Beatles, The Rolling Stones etc.

So they should have prerecorded all of their music after they were no longer a band because John Lennon had decided he didn’t like the music they made when they were a band? Why? Because John did such a bang-up job on his solo work? Maybe Yoko could have produced the new product

So rerecording their music would have probably meant a different producer than George Martin. It wouldn’t be the Beatles as we have loved them over the last sixty-plus years.

For me, I am perfectly happy with the musical treasures they put out and the occasional remasters, honestly aren’t you?

I am including a compilation, please enjoy Beatles people
