Besides Neil Peart and John Bonham, who would be next in line for the best drummer ever?

Quora, may you burn in hell for having me look into this question.
Why? Because I cannot believe nobody has mentioned this giant yet:
Stewart Copeland as a drummer is simply astonishing – not to mention the fact that he is a hell of an amiable guy (this is another story, though).
I mean, he is an essential part of that distinctive Police sound because of
- his sound, so unique and sharply distinct from other drummers;
- his frantic yet rock steady playing, immediately recognisable in a number of ways;
- his hi-hat embellishments that make songs like, say, Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic or Walking On The Moon, instantaneously identifiable;
- his innovations (e.g. octobans).
What is it, then, that makes Stewart Copeland an amazing drummer? I would say all of the above, evidently. Plus, in my opinion, answering quests like “the best drummer ever” is a waste of time.
